I'm extremely happy with my experience with their service. I'm an older woman and I was very nervous about trusting these strangers with a fair deal. I not only got a great deal, I was met with a very nice, patient man who was honest and more than fair. I bought another second hand car, so this company is now in my contacts.

Like everyone... Was apprehensive calling this line of service. Was offered $150-200 more than the 2 other places I contacted. Was sceptical, but hopeful.He advised me by text that he would be late (2:30-3pm) from original arrival time (2pm). He arrived at 3pm. Paid the quoted amount that was agreed over the phone. Total time of interaction ~10-15 mins, only doubled checked to see if catalytic converter was in place. Received cash, and receipt of transaction. Transaction went smoothly. Will deal with again. To the point & no nonsense.Very pleased with service!

We are getting rid of our Ford Escape 2012. We called yesterday and Aldo offered us $500. We called a couple other places to compare. We called back Aldo today because we forgot to tell him that we have another set of tires + rims. Other places were offering $600-$650 with the other set of tires. Scrap Ma Voiture had super good reviews so we wanted to go with them but when we called back today he quickly hung up when we said we had extra tires. We called back a second time to take the $500 (and we’d sell the other set of tires elsewhere) then he low balled us to $400. Super disappointing for a company that had such good reviews.

Comme celle-ci me proposait un peu plus (500 $), j’ai décidé de les contacter.J’envoie donc un courriel, et quelques minutes plus tard, je reçois un texto, il me répond en m’offrant 500 $ pour la van, sans poser la moindre question. Nous convenons d’un rendez-vous, et je prends la peine de lui demander s’il faut m’attendre à d’autres négociations sur le prix. Il me répond que non c’est un prix fixe.Le lendemain, il arrive, descend de son camion, observe la van d’un air curieux et me demande : As-tu changé les pneus ? . Je ne comprends pas trop la question, jusqu’à ce que je réalise qu’il parle des mags. S’ensuit alors un échange plutôt désagréable : premièrement, je n’ai jamais eu de mags avec ce véhicule, et deuxièmement, il ne m’avait posé aucune question avant de venir, mais maintenant il est mécontent car je n’ai pas de mag…. Je lui demande donc pourquoi il ne m’a pas demandé plus de détails. Il me répond qu’il n’avait pas à le faire… lol. Comme si c’était à moi de m’assurer que le véhicule correspondait à ce qu’il cherchait ! Come on… L’ambiance devient un peu tendue. Je finis par lui dire : « Si on perd notre temps, je peux simplement appeler une autre compagnie. » Il finit par renégocier et baisse son offre à 450 $. Je suis un peu fâché, mais j’ai envie que la voiture parte, alors j’accepte.Après ça, le gars a été désagréable tout le long. Il a sacré après une bolt en vérifiant les roues, et il soufflait fort en remontant dans son camion, le genre de respiration qu’on fait quand on est agacé.Peut-être que ce n’était pas sa journée. Mais disons que sa gestion émotionnelle frôlait la limite de l’acceptable. C’était très inconfortable.À l’acheteur, si vous cherchez quelque chose de précis dans les véhicules que vous venez récupérer, je pense qu’il serait plus approprié de poser quelques questions avant de vous déplacer. Après tout, c’est vous l’acheteur, votre entreprise, et donc votre responsabilité de vous assurer que le véhicule correspond à vos critères.Aux vendeurs, si vous voulez vous débarrasser soyez averti de donner plus d’infos pour ne pas être dans une situation désagréable.
